Travel Poster: Casa Romantica San Clemente
In a special collaboration with Casa Romantica in San Clemente, California, artist Kenton Nelson created a unique poster featuring a new painting of a Spanish dancer. The poster highlights the beauty of "The Spanish Village by the Sea," with architecture and landscape directly inspired by the location.
Casa Romantica is a historic landmark, as a Spanish Colonial Revival home on the bluffs overlooking San Clemente pier. It was built in 1927 by architect Ole Hanson as a home for his large family. It now serves as an important cultural center and venue for San Clemente. Summer of 2024 saw a full Kenton Nelson exhibition in its gallery, and Spanish Dancer, featured on this poster, was an iconic painting in the show.
